1 hour booked in a Nova Cube = 1 hour deducted from your team's balance. Booked but unused time (e.g., you book 2 hours but leave after 1) still counts — book what you need.
No. Hours you buy never expire.
Purchased hours aren't refundable for cash, but they never expire. Cancel a booking at least 24 hours in advance and the hours return to your team's balance — see the cancellation policy for the full rules.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking return the hours to your balance. Later cancellations and no-shows count as used hours.
Yes — hours sit at the company level. Any team member can book against the shared pool.
